more than three months before the planned arrival, cancellation is free of charge
in case of cancellation three to one month before arrival 40 % of the room price will be charged
in case of cancellation one month to one week before arrival, 70 % of the room price will be charged
in case of cancellation seven days before arrival, 90 % of the room price will be charged.
